Michele
Michele joined the Bay Area Pet Pals team in the Summer of 2021. She comes with 10 years of experience as a pet sitter and dog walker, delivering tender loving care to cats and dogs.
Born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, Michele loved having cats as part of her immediate family. One of her earliest memories is witnessing the discovery of newborn kittens resting comfortably next to her first Mama cat, Dusty a grey tabby.
Michele cared for many cats growing up in San Bruno. Volunteering at Pets In Need in Redwood City gave her the enjoyment of fostering six 4-week-old kittens and then adopting 3 of them. Tony, Frankie, and Vinnie whom she lovingly referred to as the Mafia Cats.
Currently Michele walks the family dogs, a large black mouthed Kur named Dane, and a 75lb Bull Mastiff puppy named Shelby.
In her spare time she loves the outdoors, hiking, gardening and spending time with family and friends.
Retiring from caring for patients as an RN at Sequoia Hospital, and work in Quality Assurance at Blood Centers of the Pacific, she welcomes meeting your pets as she joins the BAPP team.
