Rebecca was welcomed aboard the Bay Area Pet Pal team in the fall of 2013. She is a caring animal rights activist and creative filmmaker from Nashville, TN.

For decades, Rebecca has been the go-to pet sitter for all of her animal loving friends and family, many of whom would never consider going out of town if she wasn’t available to care for their pets. She currently lives on campus at Stanford with three very happy and healthy house rabbits – Bebe, Andre, and Hortencia.

Rebecca’s film making skills has led her to completing several works. Her first film is deemed one that every pet owner should see according to The Rabbit Reporter. Aptly titled, “Equal Hoppertunity”, it has been screened at House Rabbit Society events across the country. The film’s subject is about one of the most misunderstood pets of all – the domestic house rabbit.

A love of animals and caring about their well being means a lot to Rebecca. She truly sees them as important companions, family members, and best friends, and she treats each one with love and attention. She is a great addition to our team. Rebecca is looking forward to spending time with your pets and helping pet owners feel at ease while away from home.
