Get started by contacting us to let us know you are interested in dog walks for your pet. - We’ll Be In Touch
We will reply to your inquiry in a day to let you know an approximate cost and additional information we’ll need to set you up with dog walking services. At this time, you can familiarize yourself with our Terms & Conditions. - Agree to our Terms
Once you’re ready, email us back with “Agreed” to confirm your understanding of the policies. - Meet & Greet
We’ll connect you with your assigned walker to schedule a complimentary 30-minute Meet and Greet. This session allows us to get to know your dog and ensure it’s a good fit. - Finalize Details
After the Meet and Greet, we’ll confirm your schedule, finalize pricing based on your specific needs, and get everything ready for your dog’s walks!
Policies to Keep in Mind
We’ve outlined important details to ensure a smooth experience for you and your pet. Highlights include:
Pre-Payment Policy
All dog walking services must be prepaid weekly or monthly. Payments and scheduling are managed through our main office to ensure consistency and reliability.
Cancellation Policy
Life happens, and we get it! For weekday walks, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to receive a credit. Weekend cancellations require 7 days’ notice.
Emergency Vet Care Policy
Your dog’s health is our top priority. In case of an emergency, we’ll ensure your pet gets immediate care and make every effort to contact you. We require an emergency care agreement for up to $500 and pre-authorization for expenses.
Holiday Scheduling
We observe major holidays, but in special cases, we may be able to accommodate walks with advanced scheduling and an additional fee.
