Miriam

Miriam joined the Bay Area Pet Pals team in the summer of 2018, bringing with her a lifelong passion for animals. Growing up in a loving home filled with dogs, birds, turtles, and even a caiman, her love for all creatures has only deepened over the years. She’s thrilled to be working with animals every day, providing them with the care and attention they deserve.

Miriam has gained valuable experience caring for the pets of friends and neighbors, and her bond with her own pets has further enriched her knowledge. While living in Atlanta, she dedicated her time to volunteering at a local animal shelter, where she enjoyed walking dogs and cuddling cats, helping to make their lives a little brighter.

In her free time, Miriam enjoys hiking in local forests and expressing her creativity through painting. She also works part-time as a librarian, where she loves exploring new books and expanding her knowledge.

With a gentle touch and a focus on positive reinforcement, Miriam brings kindness and compassion to every pet she cares for. She looks forward to meeting you and your wonderful pets, providing them with all the love and care they need!
