24/7 Checks On Your Pet
Bay Area Pet Pals cares about your pet! We offer round the clock checks on your pet while you are at work or away on vacation.
Daily Updates On Your Pet
Get daily updates on your pet while you are away!
Just ask us and we will send you photos, text messages, or voicemail messages directly to your mobile phone.
Holiday Scheduling
Holidays are busy times for us and for our Customers. Please understand that advance scheduling and fee payment is very important in order for us to provide the best service possible.
We do not perform regular Dog Walking Visits on the following Holidays:
- Christmas Eve Day through New Year’s Day
- Martin Luther King Jr. Day Weekend (3 days)
- Presidents’ Day Weekend (3 days)
- Easter Weekend (2 days)
- Juneteeth
- 4th of July
- Labor Day Weekend (3 days)
- Thanksgiving Weekend (4 days)
However, in special situations, we may be able to accommodate a Holiday Dog Walking Visit with advanced scheduling. Please Contact Us to discuss.
A Holiday Surcharge for Pet Sitting of $20 per visit is added for service provided on the following days:
- Christmas Eve through New Year’s Day
- Martin Luther King Jr. Day Weekend
- Presidents’ Day Weekend
- Easter Weekend
- Memorial Day Weekend
- Independence Day
- Labor Day Weekend
- Thanksgiving Day weekend (Thursday thru Sunday)
*Please note that fees paid for November, December, and January require a thirty (30) day advance notice of cancellation in order to receive full credit.
**”Early” and “After Hour” visits (before 8:00AM and/or after 7:00PM) can sometimes be accommodated for an additional fee of $20.00 per visit. Please arrange this in advance with the office.
Additional Service Information
- Initial in-home Consultations are always FREE! (*any consultations requested beyond the FREE initial consultation are billed at $25 per 30 minutes)
- “Early” and “After Hour” Calls (before 8am and/or after 7pm) can be accommodated for an additional fee of $18.00 per visit
